Pancake (1yr old & above)


Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup Flour (Depending on the egg size)
  • 1 Egg
  • 30ml Water
  • Honey (to use as syrup)
  • banana cut in cubes/mashed it (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  1. Combine flour egg and water,use a fork to mix it until the texture coat the back of spoon,add in banana.
  2. Add in oil, then pour the ingredient into a frying pan.
  3. The pancake is ready to serve with honey.

Baby Porridge tips

Take the amount of rice that you child is having. Wash the rice clean and soak the rice with filtered water or boiled cooled water for an hour /overnight(to get softer texture). Then you may put it in a slow cooker to cook it with dried baby scallops/fried ikan bilis. About 2 hours later add in cod fish(fresh from market ask to deboned and cut into 4 pieces) if baby is around 9 months old you may add marmite (vegetarian)/soya sauce for taste. 1 year old and above you may soak the fish in soya sauce,a bit of pepper and oyster sauce a drop for taste till it coat.

Other porridge for 6 months and above is :
  1. pumpkin porridge : cut into small pieces and steam over high heat to get soft texture and make it into puree mix with porridge and marmite.
  2. sweet potato porridge : choose japanese sweet potato skin outside is red and inside is yellow is best for babies. chop and add into slow cooker and cook with porridge mix with marmite.
  3. potato and carrot porridge : this is the most popular porridge among all babies they loved it,use a shredder to shred the carrot into thin fine slices and add in potato cut in small cubes bite site add into slow cooker and cook with porridge.
