Almond Cookies



Ingredients

3 Eggs white
60g Fine Sugar
120g Flour (sifted)
120g Almonds (best baked it 1st before adding into mixture.)

Methods
1. Beat egg whites till light and fluffy,slowly add in sugar beat till thicken.
2. Add in flour and almonds.
3. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius and baked for 35 mins.
4. Cover and put in fridge for 1-2 days.
5. Use sharp knife to cut into thin strips. Use 130 deg Celsius to baked dry the cookies around
10-15 mins. Done.

Note: Step no.4 can be skip.

Chocolate chip Cookies





Ingredients

120g Butter (room tempreature)
80g Fine Sugar
1 Egg
170g Flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
170g Chocolate Chips (reduce to 90g) if you prefer not so sweet

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius.
2. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
3. Add in eggs and beat till smooth.
4. Add in flour, baking soda and salt use hand/spoon to mix throughly.
5. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
6. Scoop out 1 tblspn of each and put it into the baking tray on top of the non stick baking sheet.
and bake for 10-15 mins done.

Note: Please check your cookies so it'll not burnt at times.
Different oven have different temperature control.
