Chocolate chip Cookies

Ingredients

120g Butter (room tempreature)
80g Fine Sugar
1 Egg
170g Flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
170g Chocolate Chips (reduce to 90g) if you prefer not so sweet

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius.
2. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
3. Add in eggs and beat till smooth.
4. Add in flour, baking soda and salt use hand/spoon to mix throughly.
5. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
6. Scoop out 1 tblspn of each and put it into the baking tray on top of the non stick baking sheet.
and bake for 10-15 mins done.

Note: Please check your cookies so it'll not burnt at times.
Different oven have different temperature control.

Haa...got my new hair cut today and funballz at night!!! Shoik la...~!

again.....trying to be funny....throw all the funballs out again....! Mummy will have to clean all this by searching for my toys in my pool of balls hide all my toy inside 1st ...~!!!
