Baby Porridge tips

Take the amount of rice that you child is having. Wash the rice clean and soak the rice with filtered water or boiled cooled water for an hour /overnight(to get softer texture). Then you may put it in a slow cooker to cook it with dried baby scallops/fried ikan bilis. About 2 hours later add in cod fish(fresh from market ask to deboned and cut into 4 pieces) if baby is around 9 months old you may add marmite (vegetarian)/soya sauce for taste. 1 year old and above you may soak the fish in soya sauce,a bit of pepper and oyster sauce a drop for taste till it coat.

Other porridge for 6 months and above is :
  1. pumpkin porridge : cut into small pieces and steam over high heat to get soft texture and make it into puree mix with porridge and marmite.
  2. sweet potato porridge : choose japanese sweet potato skin outside is red and inside is yellow is best for babies. chop and add into slow cooker and cook with porridge mix with marmite.
  3. potato and carrot porridge : this is the most popular porridge among all babies they loved it,use a shredder to shred the carrot into thin fine slices and add in potato cut in small cubes bite site add into slow cooker and cook with porridge.

Gift from X-Colleague

(2-3months old)

Dressed in Mickey Mouse jumpsuit given by my X-colleauge Joey Chong Thank You. He is making funny faces now and learning all funny noises and kick his little legs as in showing that he is dancing and playing.

In walker

Elwin is 6 months old and he is put in his new walker recently bought from Anakku it costs RM100 after discount.

He is very happy being inside the walker he can slide it here and there moving on his own screaming so loud playing in the walker for such a long time. Just loves to be in the walker and he is trying to grab everything beyond his reach. Everything has to be hide or be placed at a place where he can't reach, mommies out the remember to put SHARP & HOT object things up high for safety precaution it is better to prevent than to be Sorry later.

He is teething that's why a lot of saliva is drooling out. This one is the most funny movie captured.
